A marriage certificate for Franklin R. Kennedy and Elizabeth Shirar.

The certificate was issued by A.H. Foote, Probate judge of Douglas County. Witnesses were S.R. Holloway, J. Meairs, Bell Kennedy, and Rebecca Shirar. Additionally, the names of several Kennedy's are scribbled on the back with the date January 1, 1881, Pleasant Valley, and Lawrence, KS.
