"Preise" (Prices)

Part of a railroad poster encouraging immigrants to Kansas.

"Preise" is one section of text of a promotional poster encouraging German-speaking people to immigrate to Kansas and secure homesteads. This section gives prices of common items, including livestock. It is section 1D of the Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe Railway poster titled "Die Beste Gelegenheit im Westen."
